A Desert Dream...

The pieces in this collection are inspired by Turquoise ultimately but also by shapes familiar with the Southwest and those range of colors found in the desert sky. To be honest I myself am actually dreaming of a visit to New Mexico but for know my dream will live on through my creations. Creations made using lots of quality American Turquoise only found in places like New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. A new found obsession... I mean I've always had a love for Turquoise but the bayou boho team (my hubby and I) have become much more conscious and slightly obsessed with where this beautiful 'sky stone' comes from. We have found a handful of southwest natives that are the source of this exceptional work of nature for us. Very kind folks that cut and shape these raw rocks into what we are using as the inspiration behind each piece in this new collection.
